Quadrophenia

The Who’s 1973 classic rock opera Quadrophenia was the basis for this invigorating coming-of-age tale and depiction of the defiant, drug-fueled mod subculture of early 1960s London. Angst-ridden London youth, Jimmy Cooper (Phil Daniels) loathes the drudgery of his postal job and his parents. He seeks solace as a member of the Mods, a sharply dressed scooter-riding gang, only to become more disillusioned.
